Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi, I started the cleanse yesterday, and so far so good. But I just had a few questions. Is it really neccessary to shower 2x a day or will 1x be fine? Also I have been doing the tea at night and the SWF in the morning. Yesterday I didn't have a BM, and today I had one about 40mins after the flush. It was solid, but since then I haven't had any other today. Also, today and yesterday I feel fine, will there be days when I feel weak or sick? Lastly, I know you are suppose to work out, but to what extent?Thanks!

Yes, there could be days you will feel sick, but not necessarily, depends how toxic you are. you don't need to shower twice a day, but you might want to soak in a tub more often as your body gets achy and cold from the fast.

Just keep doing the SWF in the morings, try doing one whole large Evian type bottle with 3 or 4 teaspoons of sea salt... this will bring the mutha lode
