So this is my second go and although I don't intend to go for the full 10 days (lack of planning) I am still having trouble wrapping my mind around not eating for that long. I have been doing it a day at a time and I know that I will start to feel better around day 4 but my cravings are getting to me. I get my fix by asking people what they had to eat during the day and smelling the foods I crave. I figure because I'm doing the cleanse I might as well also take advantage of the weight loss benefits so I am limiting my syrup and taking more tea. I have not been able to wake early enough to do the SWF I work 8-5 then school from 6-10 so I'm very tired.
