If you are ready to start, here is a list of what to do.
1. Read the book - buy it or download it
2. Buy all your supplies - orangic lemons, organic grade B maple syrup, senna tea, peppermint tea, cayenne pepper, salt, water bottles, juicer, teaspoon measurer
3. Eat whatever you want today - stay away from laxatives, you won't need them
4. Drink senna tea tonight - get ready because tomorrow starts day 1
5. Wake up about 2 hours earlier tomorrow morning - drink your salt water flush, get ready for some BMs
6. Go about your day 1 - drink enough lemonade to get you through the first few days (which are the hardest) and be sure to drink at least 2 times the amount of pure water to the amount of lemonade you are drinking (it is VERY IMPORTANT to drink pure water in addition to the lemonade - drink tons of pure water, there is no such thing as drinking too much, it has zero calories and will flush you out and keep you hydrated)
7. Create a journal of your experience so we can all support you
