I'm on day 7 and I cannot keep anything down... Anything I drink I throw back up. I know it was common to have flu-like symptoms... but I didn't know if it actually involved throwing up or just feeling like it. I drank some OJ and had some crackers and a little bit of broth of some veggie soup... Would it be okay to resume tomorrow or should I just quit now? |
