I have a question. My partner and I are on day six of the master cleanse.
We have been doing quite well so far. Last night she took the laxative tea, with senna, perhaps a bit stronger brew than normal, and she woke up this morning with terrible cramping. She took a plain water enema which relieved the cramping some. Then she took the salt flush with more salt (heaping teaspoons) and two and a half hours later things have not moved through. Now she is feeling "full" with some relief from cramping.
Any suggestions.
