I'm doing MC for the second time--the first time was to feel good on my wedding day, and make double sure that I fit into the dress! This time, I am doing it because I started smoking again a few months ago (I quit two years ago)--and I'm not liking it at all. I'm really disappointed with myself for starting again, even as much as I enjoy the rationalized absolute escape of it (I'm so stressed, etc). Anyone else out there done the MC to help with this? And did you have success? I know my big challenge will be not getting fatalistic or defeatist and projecting my failure with the smoking onto the MC (and turning off that little Gremlin in my head that loves to rationalize)! Any stories appreciated!! Thanks!
