Greetings all-
Day 5 is ending for me (I can't believe I made it this far!!) and I'm wondering if I should change some things. I've slowed down with weight-loss...it seems I've been going up and down a lb. or so. I've been drinking around 96 ounces of water throughout the day. I thought I'd try decreasing the maple syrup or slowing down on excercising...not sure what I should do. I'm on this journey for 10 days. I feel great so that's good. Any advice you could give would be very helpful!
