Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I am planning to go on the MC diet on Monday, just one question: I'm 24 years old and have had chronic migraines since I was about 7 or 8. I heard MC lessons or eliminates headaches but I hear between days 1-4 you get headaches - is this true and if so how bad do they get? I'm a wuss, is the results worth the pain?

i'm not an expert, but i'm into day 4 and the headaches i was getting on days 1 -3 seem to have disappeared. i also suffer from migraines -- and the headaches of the last few days were nowhere near as bad. drinking LOTS of water -- in addition to the lemonade -- seems to help. just my two cents. hope it's helpful.

this is day 2 for me and I did have a nagging headache on day one, but it seemed to go away after my first drink this morning. The headache was mild, nothing you couldn't handle. good luck.

I also suffered headaches...a really bad one on day 2. I was also felt sick to my stomach. Starting day 3 that all subsided. Keep going!

I'm on day 2 and have developed a nagging headache. I'm glad to see that it will probably go away soon.

Someone else I know said this happened because I ingested too much sugar .... BUT I don't eat sugar, or drink alcohol. Why do these headaches happen?

I'm on day 3 and I woke up with a splitting headache. I guess the degree of pain you experience is attributed to the ammount of toxins in your body? Anyway, I heard it will subside. Waiting...ouch!

I head headache only second day of the diet a few hours in the morning. I think it was because I didn't have my coffee in the morning. From the third day i never had it again.
