Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I'm at the end of day 5 and ready to stop. I am really hungry and just feel like this may be enough for me. I am wondering if this was still beneficial to just do 5 days. Also, am I still supposed to go off in the same way with oj, vegetable soup, etc. if I only stayed on 5 days? Thanks!

Been reading through the forums and thinking maybe I can stick with it. It will most likely get easier tomorrow and I know I will feel better if I stick it out at least until Sunday. Another question- I was just doing a laxative tea at night, but it was giving me cramping. So, now I am doing a salt water flush at night. Is that ok to do it at night? I have to be at work at 8 in the morning and have an hours drive to work, so no time in the morning for flushes! Thanks for your help.

The lax tea gives me cramps too, maybe try to steep it for a shorter amount of time, or maybe simply drink a smaller amount. I've read on the forum about people doing the SWF at night, and apparently it has been fine for them. But I think either way you should probably stick with the lax tea, to loosen things up inside! Why not just try out whatever you feel will be best for you and see if you get the results you're looking for.

Feeling better emotionally today. had a rought time when I got home yesterday which led me to want to quit, but I am back on track. So, you would recommend the SWF and a laxative tea in the same night? Thanks!
