April, you are fine. Your body is still doing what it needs to do. I too, am like you. I haven't had any negative symptoms on my cleanse and I'm at the end of day 7. All my life I have been a very healthy person and come from long living relatives. I don't have any health issues and I rarely get colds or the flu. I believe that this has a lot do with not having any symptoms. I didn't even have a headache, which I thought I would, since I was a coffee drinker before the cleanse.

This is only day 7 for me and I feel like I keep repeating the same thing everyday in my journal, which is "today I feel good". The things that are happening to me are all positive ones and who can complain about that. Good feelings is what we all want. So don't quit. I believe that doing the cleanse will also help to take care of any future illnesses that I want to prevent. Prevention is the key.

Thanks for the info! GB, as soon as I read your post, I pulled out a mirror to check on my tongue- and MAN oh man! Is it white! It pretty much grossed me out so I went and bought a tongue scraper. Seabreeze, I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. Its good to know that I'm not completely losing it! Today is day 6 for me and I still feel pretty good. I plan on only doing the minimum of 10 days this first time around. In March, I would like to do it for 3 weeks. Hopefully, I'll have the same experience then!
