has anyone done the fast for over 40 days?

why don't you search our archives and see if you can find posts from folks who have? Just go to the top of the page where it says Search, memberlist, FAQ and click on search.

Hi,

Im doing my longest MC to date. I'm approaching day 40, and have decided to go to day 45. I feel GREAT, and my body hasn't told me to stop yet.. I have loads of energy....and looking forward to continuing.

That is great to hear!!! I am on my 40th day and really do not want to quit yet either! I am just trying to figure out when I should stop. Also, I have never done it this long before and so would like some advice on how exactly to get off this. (whenever I do)
Also, my husband is just starting to get really worried about me becoming anemic or something and so I really want to hear from some other people that have done this so that he will stop worrying about it.

yes- Karen Carpeneter did. I would not recceomend it....
