Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I was on my 3rd day and doing well other than this awful headache and vision issues. As I was talking to my sister and telling her about my issues that made me want to go on this - I realized that I am insulin resistant and syrup is sugar. So I quickly ran to my bottle and there is 53 grams of sugar for 4 tbls. I freaked out because anytime I eat even a little sugar I gain weight. So I completely went off and since have been doing some research. I do see that for diabetics you can use darkstrap molasses for the first 2 days but I am still very uncomfortable doing this I cant afford to gain more weight. So now Im thinking next week I am going to see the affects of all this sugar I just drank for the last 2 days. Anyone have any similar situations and sucesses

use Stevia instead of maple syrup to fast on and drink WG wheat grass one ounce a day for a few days, then start taking two ounces to get more nutrients into your body. WG is a superfood and will sustain you beautifully on MC. i always do mine with stevia o calories.

Shiva, is there enough in wheatgrass to just fast on that? I have done this before and failed each time coming off. Messed up metabolism, extra weight gain. I am now on crunch time as my husband is due home after being away a year and all the weight I wanted to lose is still here. I ask about wheat grass as I am planning on doing the MC again but will be driving cross country for 3 or 4 days during days 4-7 or 10-14 depending on when I start. Is there any other fast that works as well? can I do wheat grass and water those 3 or 4 days without further messing up my metabolism? you have helped me so much in the past on this I think the site should be named after you!!
