Ok, so here is the thing, I broke my leg 5 months ago, and I want to lose 10-15lbs before i start to bare weight on my leg in 3 weeks (i have hardware in my leg now that i want no chance of getting messed up). so I want to do MC for 14 days. does the drink provide the proper amount of calcium needed per day (1500mg) or should i take calcium pills along with the cleanse? I dont worry about the cleanse effecting my healing because i use a bone stimulator, i just wanna make sure with the cleanse that i will be getting the calcium that i need.
P.S. so i called some health food places, and is $14.00 alittle expensive for 12oz of organic maple syrup??
oh and since this is a CLEANSE, i am on the depo shot, will this cleanse effect that?? i do NOT want it to cleanse the depo shot lol
