Hi everyone, I'm a first timer on MC who has not been able to find organic maple syrup anywere in my area so I started yesterday with Molasses instead. Been wanting to talk myself into this cleanse for about a year now so it was about time to actually do it. First day was a breeze, and today's been ok so far. However as a rookie I have tons of questions although I have read all there is to MC. Any answers from more experienced souls would be very appreciated. I stopped taking meds for hypothyroidism so I cannot think of going any longer than 10 days on the fast. Is anyone else out there doing the MC with molasses? Are we suppose to have the runs all the time? In the book there's this line about the unlikely possibility of diarrhea and it suggests to stop the laxative tea. I'm concerned about this and confused. Is it ok if I have 5 glasses of lemonade instead of 6? I can't get myself to drink more! ok that's it for now, hope for everyone to end up with success stories. Monica |
