I normally wouldn't be so stressed out about this, but:

I'm acting in an independent film, beginning 4 days from now. I'm currently on Day 8 of the Master Cleanse. I noticed last night that I had a red bump or two on my face, and today I see that I have 3 or 4. The popular thinking seems to be that this is a result of toxins leaving my body, but I'm worried it's a result of all the sugar in the maple syrup (I normally don't consume much sugar).

Once again, I'm on Day 8. In 4 days I have to be on camera. I then have 5 days before I have to be on camera again.

MY QUESTION IS THIS:

Since I need my skin to be in decent shape within 4 days, what should I do? Is my skin more likely to get worse if I go off the diet now, or if I stay on it?
