Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Well, I am doing this cleanse because I have weight that I want to lose. I am sick of looking at extra weight and fat on my body and have had my ups and down when it comes down to food and my body. I am "59" and now weight about 171. To others I don't look fat or overweight, but I am not happy with the weight that I have gained. I will track my day to day progress and hope to have others who are willing to go on this journey with me. I do workout but I often find myself saying don't want to workout today and will start tomorrow, all the while still eating. I eventually want to get back down to either 135-140 pounds. I want to do this cleanse to kick start my weight loss. I know that if I gain anymore weight I will feel horrible about myself. So, I feel it is about time to get serious and get my life and body back.

I would like to cleanse for two weeks, but I am shooting for a week to see how I do and will go from there. I am going to make a couple of changes and see how that goes. I have been taking the ultimate cleanse ( a two part system) One is to clean your colon and the other to rid your body of toxins. So, going to see how this works with the master cleanse.

I will also try to workout while doing the cleanse. I have exercise tapes and would like to add that to my cleanse. I feel that I would have greater results, but don't want to over do it, so will see.

When I start my cleanse later on today will keep a day to day track of how I am doing and how I am feeling. Hope to have others doing this with me. Happy cleaning.

I have decided to start Monday. I want to better prepare myself for success than failure. The ultimate cleanse is a two part system. One bottle consist of Multi-fiber cleanse, and the other bottle is Multi Herb Digestion & Detox Support. I will start with these first. I spent a good deal of money so want to try to use these up. I will use these two days to eat less, hoping this will help with hunger while on the cleanse.

Hello. I would like to join you as I am wanting to start Mon, and also need some support. This would be my first. I need to jump start my weight loss and to get cleaned out! I would love to do 21 days, but I will take it a day at a time. I tend to set goals that I can't reach. I have 6 kids under 15 so the constant feeding of children often times trips me up. I think with some help from others I could stick to it. I have a lot to lose and would like to see some downward movement on the scale. I will check in on Monday. Happy cleansing

This is great that I have someone that is willing to give it a go with me. I would like to go at least two weeks. But like you will take it one day at a time.

Sorry, Chrissy didn't answer one of your questions. I have attempted to do the master cleanse, but didn't really stay on it long. I have tried to do this a number of times, but see food and give up on the cleanse. So, I am serious about this cleanse and really want to see results.

OK, I'm ready for tomorrow. I'm nervous but ready to get started to see some results.

I am starting tomorrow also, I think it's great to have others start on the same day. I have been cleansing the past week but fell off the wagon last night so I'm starting over and shooting for 21 days. I am primarily needing to lose weight, I'm 5'3" and 170, the heaviest of my life & I feel worse than ever. I also hate how I look & have a wedding coming up & currently don't fit into my bridesmaids dress Anyway, I've been reading this forum for years but this is the first time I've posted & teamed up so I'm hoping you guys can help hold me accountable. It will also be nice to share this experience with others going through the same thing and help support each other. Good luck to you guys!

Welcome to the forum Shawn & Sharon! So excited that we're all taking this journey together. Hopefully something that I post or share can encourage you to keep chugging along. We all take care of our families and friends, but this is the one thing that only we can do for ourselves! It's only day 1 for me but I'm feeling extremely optimistic!

Ok, so being the first day it's going good so far. I had to remind myself that I was on the cleanse when I started to reach for something to eat. LOL

Day 1

Ok, the day is coming down to an end and I made it through day 1. I slept kind of late so I didn't really drink enough lemonade, but will do better tomorrow. I noticed that I am getting a headache, but it's not really bad. I am not going to put my weight. Don't think anything has changed yet. I didn't get to exercise due to me having to take my nephew to the ER. He is ok, his temperature spiked.

I didn't really struggle with hunger or have hunger pains. I just felt the urge to eat something. I am a sweet eater, so that's my down fall. I don't feel weak or dizzy, but I do realize this is the first day. I pray that I have the strength to go the distance on this fast. I am ready for my body to start changing.
