Afrique, congrats on making fasting a way of life. That's what I would like to do also. Were you overweight when you first started fasting? If so, is that what caused you to lose the weight? Excuse my nosy questions, I'm just very intrigued with this whole concept of periodic cleansing until you reach your ideal weight.

Hi fitn2012...sorry for the late reply....yes i was about 30 pounds overwieght 3 years ago when I discovered the cleanse....man do i wish I had discovered it 15 years ago

the periodic fasting is what has helped maintain the weight loss. I figure suffering for 10 - 15 days every 4 months is nothing to be able to stay slim...so worth it....be encouraged
