Hey all. I just wanted to create a post so I could check in every day with my progress. I've done the MC before, but it was almost 4 years ago and I did a modified version since I still consumed caffeine. I am really caffeine dependent so I am doing this to kick the habit altogether. I decided on three weeks because in exactly three weeks I'll be moving to a new state and I want to start a new life as a vegan with NO dependencies.
If not three weeks, then at least 10 days, but I am hoping for three weeks. I'm on day one right now and I have a dull headache from the lack of caffeine, but I know it will get so so so much worse in the next couple days. Good thing it'll be the weekend.
