Today was day one of my 2nd MC. Last time I only stuck with it for 7 days but managed to lose 7-8lbs which I was super excited about. Thistime I'm setting a realistic and not-so-far-off goal for myself of 14 days. So May 16th is what I'm shooting for. Then i'll decide if I can go longer. So hopefully things won't be a tough for me this time. It's hard when I have a husband to feed and a ten month old that wears me out! But either way I really want to do this the right way this time. My 2 primary reasons for this are weight loss ( had baby 10 months ago and still have excess weight from that) and to just feel better. During my last cleanse I felt wonderful by the 3rd day and even had energy to go to the gym for 45 min a day! I felt GREAT. Bought a pair of sz 7 jeans which i haven't worn in 2 years So basically I really want to get back on track and do this thing the right way! I am only doing the Smooth Move tea a.m. and p.m. because everytime I tried SWF last time I puked tons! Just can't take the taste! I reeeeaaaallllyyyy want to be in shape and hott for my husband again and have energy to run around after my newly walking 10 month old.
