How has day 3 been treating everyone so far???

So far day 1 has been the hardest for me, just getting accustomed to not eating anything. Yesterday wasn't too bad, except I had a dull ache right behind my eyes most of the evening and I've been pretty "hazy" at times, but other than that it's been ok. Of course I'd really like to chew on something, but I'm sure that's probably normal during a fast. My energy has been inconsistent; some moments I feel great and others I'm pretty sluggish. Another glass of lemonade seems to pull me through each time.

I feel really proud to have gotten through to day 3 and I'm really excited to finish.

You're doing gơod. Yup, when i get tired or hungry, I drank more lemonade. I do like my spicy lemonade.
I'm having cramps right now but it's not bad.

I'm doing alright. Much more bothered by not eating than I was last time I did the cleanse. I'm mostly concerned about a lot of long days of work ahead. I think I'll be alright though.

Day three isn't awful.
Day two went well, I even went to the gym and had a decent workout, which is great considering Monday night (day one) was straigh up painful.
I tried a SWF again last night, and was VERY careful not to lose it again. In order to be sure to keep it down this time I only had a little more that 3/4 of the liter. Didn't want to risk it with the last quarter and lose it like I did the night before. But oddly nothing much happened. I waited and waited and waited and nothing. Finally a couple hours later I had my lax. tea, and woke up around 3 am with some sucessful movements. I was psyched!
In the morning a little more movements, and now pushing through the lunch hour. Not feeling too bad, just hungry. When I start thinking about food I quicking 'change the subject'.

So that is day three so far. Will check in later.
