Hi MC Forum, I am 23 years old, due to negligence I have gained a lot of weight which I plan to shed, I see the MC as a way to rid all the toxins from the body, I'm going to start on the 10 day program, if by day 10 things work as they should, I'm going to shoot for the 40 day program. Plan: Drink Lemonade Prepare Salt Water Mix in the AM Attempt laxative tea in evening. Additional: Light cardio daily 15-30min of indoor bike, and 10 minutes of light punching bag. Goal: 175 by day 10 245 by day 40
I hope to use this blog as a tool to show users if this method works, or doesn't work. Now I understand this takes a lot of hard work, and KEY -dedication. I know that when I complete this program I must switch to an all healthy diet, salad over boiled chicken, and plenty of working out.
