G'Day PrettyPat! I hope you do well with your cleanse as I know exactly how hard it can be on some days. I am doing my 2nd cleanse in 2 years and today is day 1. Your posts inspire me to see this all the way through, thank you

Still here! I did the SWF over the weekend and gained two pounds! I almost cried.

But today I'm at 174, which is a loss of 7 pounds so far, so I'm good. My stomach bloating is gone, thank goodness. I've been exercising every day and it is getting easier and more enjoyable! Yesterday I got on my Giselle in the morning for about 40 mins. and then hopped on again around 7:00 pm for another round! It just feels so great to move! I listen to all my old favorite club tunes on my ipod, close my eyes and pretend I'm on the dance floor again - I just go for it! The time flies! did another 40 this morning! The inches seem to be coming off which is nice, I'm able to fit into a pair of capris today that were too small a couple of weeks ago. I still have a loooonnnnggg way to go but at least I'm finally going!

Ariel, I am soooo happy you started! I was at my all-time high when I started last week as well. Just promise yourself that the scale will never hit anywhere close to that weight again and be thankful you started when you did and didn't go higher!

I swear to God that I will not get fat again! I know that I'll have to watch what I eat probably for the rest of my life but it will get easier. This fast will reset my cravings, appetite and hopefully my metabolism. Finally, my cravings seem to be gone but I still want to eat in the evenings - that's my biggest downfall. I can diet all day and then around 7 pm I just start eating and eating and eating. Well no more! This fast broke that cycle and I will simply not get started again, period! I'll exercise in the evenings instead of munching!

Secura, thanks for your kind words. It's definitely hard, as you well know since you did it before, but it is soooo worth it! I'll follow your progress as well!

Okay, I promise to keep this log up to date on a daily basis from this point forward!
