Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Day 1

Start Weight – 136 Pounds
Height – 5 Foot 5 Inches
Age - 24 Years Old

This is my first day of the Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet, Im doing the Diet to lose weight and also to cleanse my body but I want to lose 15 pounds. Im going to attempt to do the Cleanse for 20 days then see if I can take it further. I don’t drink so thats not a problem however I get the munchies ridiculously so really hope that this will kick the cravings.
It’s about 5 o’clock on the first day of the cleanse and I’m really hungry and beginning to crave any type of fatty food, so far I’ve kicked the addictions by thinking of myself skinny by the pool on holiday or looking at pictures of celebs with gorgeous bodies. I also keep telling myself that if I fight the hunger and addictions today then tomorrow won’t be as bad and I’m going to hope that that is true and if it is it’s my motto throughout the diet, really looking forward to my herbal tea as it’s something different from this bloody lemonade! Also I’m really really cold today, may not be to do with the diet though.
