Ok, I've decided to start a new thread. I initially planned to go for 10 days, but just kept having false starts. I couldn't get my mind-frame right. I just finally quit altogether and started eating about 80 percent raw. I've been drinking a lot of green smoothies, and now I think I just might be able to transition to the master cleanse without much trouble. We'll see. I'm hoping for support on this forum, because I think that's a big part of it for me. I will be drinking the smooth move tea tonight, and beginning the lemonade in the morning. I am confident that I will see a lot of improvements to my health if I can just make this happen. One thing's sure and that it's not truly failure unless you refuse to continue to try.
