Here we go.....again!
Day 1:
I need this cleanse...had a death in the family, still grieving and processing that loss. I went off the grid abit especially with my hectic travel schedule the past month and a half...
As stated before, the cleanse equilibriates me and I need the focus and pure feeling that comes with it. Day 1 is quite tough today for me, I am going to walk on the treadmill today and get some sweat going. I need to maintain my exercise schedule throughout this cleanse, although I will not run as much or push as hard as I was before. Just moderate to slower intensity to get my hear rate going every day...
I am very excited to read some of the journals out there as it really inspires me to keep at it and aspire to some of the successes shared on here. Wishing you all a wonderful cleansing journey!
