Starting 6/25 whos with me?

Hey you all, I am starting my cleanse 6/25 for at least a few weeks. I am hoping to lose a good amount and i will log in daily with whats going on. I hope to make some support buddies:) tika

I will be starting today 2 :O) Did my tea last night an this morning!
I went to the doc yesterday an got cleared to do it minus the salt water flush...
So I will be a 2 cup a day tea drinker with all them nasty little cramps :O(

I am very excited...I did this about 3 yrs ago an cleaned out my complete body, I had never felt so good!
So alive an healthy....I had went from 285 to 235 when I did it!

This time around I am starting at 260.....I am going for a 30 day or maybe more
Doc is going to keep an eye on me with blood work an see me in 30 days for followup
to see if I still want to go longer an re check my numbers.....

So here we go

The day i was planning on starting did not the way i wanted. My son went in for emergency surgery and he is only 2 years old. I decided that i was not going to be able to cleanse while i was at the hospital with him for the few days following surgery. I made the choice to start on 6/25 instead. We have been home for a full day now. So ya i am going to be starting on 6/25.

I too am starting today! I was planning on it yesterday but my head wasn't in it!
I, not sure how long I'll go. Just taking it say by day

Taking it day by day is definately the way to go. I have found it a lot easier this time round with that mindset. I really do hope your son is ok?

Hello all:)

Well today is officially day 1!! Woot woot! I am so excited to be cleansing. I have alot of goals related to this cleanse. I would like to lose weight and just hope to feel really well. I have been having problems with breakouts and water retention. I hope to rid myself of those problems. I am also going to be going to a wedding in august and starting my junior year in college, i would love to look more fit by then. This morning i weighted 218.2

I am with you! Started today as well. I drank the tea last night and this morning. I have to forgo the SWF. It is digusting!! :shock:

Today was day 1 for me also. I completed 10 days on the MC earlier this year but have managed to gain back the weight and more. I know that I have to eat healthy and more frequent small meals after the MC this time. I felt so amazing after 10 days on the MC but I didn't have the will power to make smart food choices afterward. No more eating stupid junk that really has no nutritional value!

This is the first time I have ever joined a forum and I am really uncomfortable "posting". I am just hoping that with some support and accountability I will be successful at getting under 150lbs by the end of this year. Best Wishes to everyone!

starting Day 1 > 194 lbs 5'4
Day 2 > 189 lbs Yay! Feeling better already...less bloated. Not really hungry...enjoying the lemonade!
