Going at it again!!!!

It’s been a while since I tempted to do a cleanse! I have completed a 10 in the past and tempted to another for 20 days I think and I could never get passed day 1! I plan to start on Monday June 18th and go till July 12th which will be 25 days. I would try longer but I have a vacation the week after. I have managed to get at my heaviest ever 197 . Just last month I started losing again and was at 188 and I have gained it all back plus more! I’m getting married next year and I don’t even want to try on dresses yet due to the extra pounds. I told myself I will not try on a dress until I’m in the 150’s. So I’m not planning on trying on dresses till October so I have some time to get to my goal weight (136)before October comes around! I had been eating raw vegan here and there which I was losing a pound a day. Then I got back into the fast food and junk food and I feel horrible. I’m always tired and I don’t want to do anything anymore. I need to that control of my life again and not let food take over. I’m setting a goal of losing 30 pounds on this 25 days. I think that is a good start. Anyone planning to start on Monday? I wanted to start yesterday and have more days but I have a family reunion this weekend and I’m part Mexican and my grandparents are always making me eat!! AAHHH!!! So I’m hoping my weight doesn’t get above 197 before Monday.

I ended up having to change my start date to the 24th. I ended up getting sick at family reunion and my doctor put me on meds which I stop taking tomorrow. I did good about not gaining anymore weight but I feel the worst I have felt ever! Yuck!!! My system needs the clean bad!!! 21 days of cleaning here I come!!!

Good luck for your cleanse. I am coming to the end of day 2. Thats amazing that you lost a lb a day on a vegan diet. I am a meat eater but I am really looking to change the way I eat after this cleanse. I am on a long cleanse, I dont know how long I will be on it for, just taking one day at a time.

Yester day was day one for me and i was so busy i didnt get a chance to get online. Day 1 wasnt so bad for being busy at work. Came in at 8 and next thing i knew i was going home. I dont plan on doing the SWF because its gross!! Cant keep it down so i will not even try. Today is day 2 and so far so good. Last night i felt great going to bed and not feeling gross and full. I slept great too. Let the count down start!!

Today is day 4 and im just getting the day started but i feel very tired and just want to go back to bed.

Day 4 : 195.0

Yay!! down 3.5 not to bad
