I'm still here ....I felt more tired the last several days. I'm preparing to go to Bend OR to visit my cousin and I think I will end the cleanse this friday. My cousin also does the cleanse so she will be understanding of my diet restrictions. She is a vegetarian so it's kind of perfect! I hope you all are doing well. I'll try to get on again before I go. My hubby is the higher maintenance type so I'm doing extra cleaning, extra meals to freeze for the family and managing the bills before my trip. He is spoiled by this holly homemaker....lol Not eating free's up so much of my time. I'm looking forward to going to Oregon. Cooler weather, fresh clean air from all the trees. I'm in AZ with all the cactus and desert. I'm watching the news about Syria so we'll see how flying goes if their happens to be a turn of events.

Hi, Cat. I've been reading your journal and it's helped to strengthen my resolve. You have such a great attitude about this cleanse. I really feel as if I can do it this time, too, and I agree with you that we truly are our worst enemy sometimes.

Hey 2 years later......is anyone revisiting our chats from Aug 2011? Im gearing up for another cleanse. I had gallbladder surgery one year after my hysterectomy. Here I go again. Drop me a line and reconnect!!
