I'm starting the Master Cleanser once again. I have completed 10 days successfully before, and now I'm trying for two weeks. I would go longer, but I am planning on going on vacation on the 15th, and I don't think the MC would be practical at that point. So the plan is to start now and finish up on the 13th. Then I'll do two days of fresh juices and vegetable broth/soup. That will take me to my first day of vacation and I hope to maintain for the ten days while I'm away. If all goes well, I plan on coming back here and picking up where I left off for another two weeks. We'll see. Anyway, I'm doing this for both health reasons and weight loss. I am feeling very run down here this past year and I'm hoping this will give me back my long-lost energy. Also I hope to jump-start my weight loss. I have about 55 pounds that I would love to lose. I plan on keeping track of this journey on a daily basis and I look forward to meeting other cleansers out there.
