Day 5 I didnt do a swf and I only had 3 cups of lemonade and 12 ounces of water. I had a lot of cravings for bad food becuase I wad around family. Weight in at 192.4? Im not sure how accurate that is. Day 6 I did swf and had a 2 liquid bowel movements. Sw 196.6 Cw 190.4 Gw 155 |
