Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Night before starting MC
Hi, younall can call me Nikki,
I am kinda not a newbie. I have done the MC about 7 times. The last time I was so successful I did the cleanse for 30days and keep the weight off.
So , am I doing it again. I just has a hysterecomy 4weeks ago and gained 18lbs. Return by to work in 2 to 3 weeks and I have no engery, and physical ability is low, and I am really constipated from all the medications. Eating habits are really bad now, I decide to cleanse my system.
I really need help and support to get thru the first few days which for me is the hardest. Day 1,2,3 after day 3 sometimes am okay. Day 4 and5 tends to be okay.

My plan
MC breakfast lunch and dinner
Morning walk
Hopefully I can work up add yoga

I started on the 21st. I plan to go 10 more days. I do feel a little lightheaded and nauseous. It's because I can't drink tons of water to kick the toxins out while I am work. And I have a long commute as I live 44 miles away from work.

Hope you are doing well on your cleanse. Wow you have done this 7 times. Everyone has done this so many times. This is my first time except a short maybe 3 day cleanse when I was a teen?
