First day of cleanse.

Got on the scale today. Blew me away. I'm 6'1' and weighed in at 306.7lbs.
Starting the first day of my cleanse and happy to be doing so. It's been well over a year and I shouldn't have waited so long. It's good to be back to the cleanse. Good luck to anyone out there on this as well. It's all good.
I'll check in each week to see what's going on. It's gonna' be great to feel so healthy again!

Congrats on starting the MC! I hope you have an easy first few days.

How long are you planning for? I'm on day 6 with 24 days left!!

I'm thinking at least two weeks. I've done over 40 days a few years ago but I don't think I'll be going that long this time. I'm glad you're doing well and hope you meet your goal and the expectations that come with it. All the best to you and your efforts. This cleanse is amazing and always blows me away how wonderful I feel after just the first few days and even weeks.

Starting my 4th day of the Master Cleanse. Glad to have the first three days over with! I hope that everyone out there doing this cleanse is doing well! Got a little dizzy last night but that went away after a very short time. Rode my bike six miles, did some ab an pecs exercises and three reps of free weights. I'd never tried it before but I actually felt good after all of it. Today is Sunday and so I'm just sticking with the salt water flush, the drinks and relaxing.
Now my bod will cool it on the food requests a bit better. Glad to have made it to this point. Onward and upward!

WooooHooooo!!! Congrats on the excellent progress! I will be starting tomorrow and would love it if you keep posting your progress! My longest cleanse was for 32 days and I started that journey as a 10 day cleanse. So I will start this journey as a 10 day cleanse as well, and see where I land.

I noticed that you're working out as well... I plan on incorporating the gym into my routine as well... but I will probably wait until day 4 to hit the gym. My poor membership at Planet Fitness hasn't seen any action since June. hahahah And that was only for 1 day since I joined.

Kudos to you on your journey! I will be looking forward to keeping in touch.

32 days?....Wow! Good for you! You go, girl! I've been using the salt water cleanse followed up with an evening cup of, "Smooth Move", tea. I've been doing it for four days but plan on stopping that portion of it soon because I feel that after four for five days of that I've completely emptied out anything in my system. I really love doing the salt water flush though. To me it's like getting a new oil filter, if you will. Good luck to you and I'll stay in touch!
