Ease-out Day 11... 54.6 kilos and 28.9% body fat just fresh orange juice with nothing added, usually diluted w water, all day. Was nice and fun to drink 53.7 kilos weighing myself before bed, 26.3% body fat
Day 12... 53.3 kilos and 26.7% body fat. Holy Cow, that's like 117 1/2 lbs. Haven't been that light in probably 14 years. Love how my neck looks... any padding around the jaw is gone. Fresh oj in morning, then at 1pm tried the warm broth of my version of the soup. It tasted incredibly rich, and warm food was so novel, like a very radical change. But after only like 9 or 10 ounces, I felt very very full, as though I'd had Thanksgiving dinner. Had the same or less of the broth 2 more times. Each time it seemed very rich. Lots of water otherwise. great to have my jeans hanging off of me.
Day 13 52.8 kilos, so that's another pound off, and steady at 28% body fat. 116 pounds, I think this is. OMG, got to eat real food today. Boy, is that solid food weird stuff or what? SO rich tasting. Had a kale/berry/banana/coconut water shake in the morning (blended in the dark before Bali's day of silence holiday dawned) and then had some raw pecans and brazil nuts and local peanuts as a mid morning snack. Hope the peanuts were not a no-no. Here's the real sin: I tried a couple of demitasses of my fabulous organic, swiss water process decaf coffee this morning, and it was like YUCK. I know this is really a lot of crazy food to try right away, but I am only allowing myself small servings. Had the veg soup for lunch, this time eating solid bits of the veggies. Sooooo rich. Okay Okay so I also fudged on a grain intake:There was birthday cake left in the fridge (coconut products based, from the sugar to the liquid and fats, but not gluten free) and I allowed myself a sliver for dessert. Oy, like a feast. Felt as though I had to lie down to digest because it sapped my energy. No more of that today, had a raw capsicum, more soup, raw nuts & yogurt (which tasted amazingly sweet) and an apple,. Look, I don't recommend messing with the ease - out like this, but want the record to show what I actually ate.
