So excited to be here again after a few years pause - I've been itching to do a cleanse for so long!
I recently got married and then pregnant...boy, I didn't know just how much my life would be affected by that! Among the joys of marriage/motherhood, I dreadfully missed being able to do a cleanse! Detoxing and breastfeeding just don't mix! However, I just weaned the little one a few days ago, so here I am!
I started my ease-in yesterday afternoon and it was pretty good. I didn't do it the traditional way, in fact, I had a hearty breakfast and some snacks, then I just fasted for the rest of the day. Today will be my first actual drinking of the lemonade. I plan to go for 10 days and if that goes well, another round of 10 days. My goal is to get to 200 or just below to compensate for the inevitable weight gain when I stop.
I found that this board helped me so much when I did the cleanse before and I'm hoping it will help again. This time, I'm not a single girl in an apartment all by herself...but by God's grace I'll get through!

This morning has been so crae....I'm bout to lose my mind, up in here, up in here!
Had to bring my baby boy to work this morning...didnt get a chance to make my lemonade...just grabbed all the ingredients and brought them to work...super busy time here...finally take a minute to make it...go to the water cooler to add water...spill it everywhere...wtflocka...had to resqueeze juice from lemon...coworker looking at me sideways asking what is it...walks into my cubicle...really?!?!...finally can't take it anymore and I run to this forum...can't remember my password for the life of me...about to give up...remember it...log in...type...feel a little better...woosah!!!
Its only 10:34 am. Jesus please make the day go by fast!!! But not too fast cause I gat a lat a werk to do!

On my 3rd serving of lemonade...feel waaaaay better! And I'm loving how clear my mind feels! I noticed that this morning - plus the fact that my stocking are fitting me much better than yesterday lol (they were running a marathon down my thighs all day...today they are staying up with much less help
)
Looking good/feeling good! I have to remember to drink more water though...I was reading my last experience and it appears that's what really helped flush my system/drop pounds.

I was able to locate my scale and I'm currently 218.4...I'm truly hoping I can shed 15 by the time I'm finished and be down to 203 (or...even 200lbs! O joy!)
