I totally understand! I've had to break the fast a couple of times because of feeling like that. I just couldn't handle feeling so fuzzy and being a college student having to produce papers in another language…uh, I think I'm gonna need some brain food! But now that it's summer time and I have nothing that I really need my brain for (hah!), I'm willing to put up with feeling like a dummy!

When you come back on the cleanse, try to accept that you will feel like crap on some days (or most days?). The reward awaits you at the end. The process is bound to be difficult. I know that's easier said than done, since I'm only on day 2! My worst days are 4 and 5, usually.

okayyy... so heres what happened

got my period. so might have been PMS or it might have been the new birth control i was using. coincidentally i started it the day i started MC so maybe thats what made it so difficult for me - the hormonal fluctuations.

i'm planning to start again tomorrow. this time with only my thyroid pills - because i medically need them. and they speed up my metabolism cause i'm hypothyroid currently. will do SWF in the morning to clear out the last two days.

will update tomorrow

heres to a better go at this this time! i'll be happy as fuck to make it do day 7!

I totally get what you're going through. I tried the cleanse a number of times during this past spring semester and I couldn't get past day 5. I ended up sobbing ridiculously around those days and just feeling defeated. However, just keep trying and you'll be able to make it past your wall. I'm finally at a good time to complete this cleanse and I don't see any foreseeable problems but I will be so happy just to make it to day 7, you're right! ;-)
