I too have extremely sensitive and thin enamel on my teeth. I use a product called Gel-Kam, it does contain a small amount of fluoride, but nothing makes my teeth feel better like this stuff. Been using it since I was a kid, and probably only maybe once a month when I need it. I can literally feel indentations at the base of my back teeth where the enamel has worn thin
