Way to go, Mia! I hope that you're proud of yourself for making it so far. It's hard to keep cleansing after you eat food. I think it's great that you chose to look at this as a pre-cleanse. You're an example to us all! I think that I've had more MC fail days than MC success days and that says a lot because I've lost nearly 50lbs from the MC!

Mia!!! WoW! Congrats on your tremendous willpower to stick it out! I had cravings on day 7 and just threw in the towel. Don't beat yourself up. You are AMAZING!! I didn't stick to my walking routine. Hahahahaha... I get an E for Effort though. However, your weight loss has inspired me to start working out again. Thanks for your honest and encouraging posts. You Got This!!
