Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi all!
I am new to this forum but have been reading it for a little while. I've started a couple of cleanses in the past but didn't make it far. I really want to complete one this time. It was already a bit of a challenge this morning making breakfast for my kids! I know I can do this though, I am really stubborn when I want something.

I would like to loose a few pounds but that isn't really my motivation in doing this. I really want to reset the way I eat. I'll be thinking while I do this about what I really want my diet to look like. I grew up vegetarian and hated that my parents restricted my eating like that. After I was 18 I've gone from eating meat to being fully raw for weeks ans months at a time. I need to find a good balance. I'm really hoping this will help.

I am a SAHM to 4 wonderful kids. We are pretty busy this summer but I think this is the best time for me to try and cleanse. My husband is out of town from Thursday to Sunday so I'll be dealing with being home with the kids for 4 days by myself. It's been and looks like it will be rainy so we are just going to take it easy around here for the next 10 days.

I hope to find others cleansing around the same time. I think support from any of you doing this would be incredible!

Whew, tough cravings already. I so badly want to make some vegetarian stir fry. I just sat down and listed the reasons in my journal I want to do this. Praying that will motivate me to make it through today. I also started a list of food that I can have in 10 days. Not sure that is the smartest idea.... but it seemed better to get it down on paper than to act on it. My mind is saying you know you aren't over weight, why do this. But there are plenty of good reasons besides that.
Sorry for the rambling, I'm just trying to not give in already!

Hi! Congrats on starting your MC! The first 3 days are the hardest, or they are for me. I tend to have a tough detox day every other day - usually on my odd #'d days. If you're motivated enough to push through past 5 days, it's pretty smooth sailing from there. Boredom usually sets in around 10 days.

I'll be checking in as I'm going through mine (Day 2 here) and help keep you motivated if you want!

P.S. We are both starting around the same weight, so it'll be interesting to see if we lose the same, too.

Good luck and just push through! Either that, or go to bed as soon as you can!

Hi. I am about to attempt to cleanse again. I was very unsuccessful last time.
I've had a really rough month and feel strongly that I need to Jumpstart my body. I am committed to 10 days.
SM tea tonight and I will start tomorrow.

Just got the kids off to school. Now to do the dreaded SWF. I don't know how often I will do the flush, but I think it is a good idea to do it today. I ate huhot yesterday with the kids, I'm a bit surprised my weight isn't a bit higher today. I'm looking forward to getting well away from the 140's

I think I will probably post and ramble often to get me through this. I hope there is someone out there cleansing now also. I coukd use a buddy!

Ok I'm procrastinating.... of to mix up the dreaded SWF!

Hi there, I'm starting today too!!! I've lost count of how many of these I've done.. I think this is my 9th or 10th cleanse? The most I've gone is 11 days. I always want to go longer but there's always some kind of event that prevents me from doing so. But, 10 days is still a great accomplishment!! I have a little more weight to lose than you, but like you, I'm not doing it just for the weight loss. I really want to reset. I'm also quitting smoking, and cleansing while I quit seems to make it a little easier for some reason. I'm 34, and have smoked on and off (more on than off) for 20 years. I have 2 kids and hide it from them and I really hate that. And I've noticed a semi-chronic cough which I can only assume is from smoking (duh, lol). SO NO MORE!!!

Anyway, now I'm rambling, lol. Have a FANTASTIC day 1!! We can do this!!!!!

Hi Christine! I'm so glad to have a some one to do this with! It's amazing that you have done so many cleanses already. I have done a lot of juice feasts, but this is totally different for me.
I am 32, so we are close in age also. I'm ashamed to admit that I too have smoked on and off. Mostly off, but this past year had been a bit more. My husband started vaping about a year ago. So I've done that on and off for the past 3 months on and off. Glad to be off cigarettes for good but time for the vaping to go too.

It's been been a super busy past 4 days here. So after I chugged the SWF I layed down and fell asleep for two and a half hours! Guess I was needing some more sleep! I've been on and off of the toilet for a bit. I will make my first lemon drink soon.

I am once again wavering. Maybe I'm just not ment to do this.

I had some vegan mashed potatoes and baked calif lower last night.
Trying one more time today.
