Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

It's so cold in the morning and the maple syurup and lemons and taste wonderful in a tea form I am wondering if it changes the chemical balance of anything. It's very satisfying b/c I sip it rather than chug it out of habit of the SWF. I am use to chugging things anyways. I use to drink a lot of beer so that's how I that habit was encouraged.
If anyone knows anything about this it sure would be nice to hear that it's okay! thanks Laurie
BTW I am on day 5 and feeling great.

Peter Glickman specifies that the lemonade be prepared "medium hot (or cold if you prefer)" so actually having it hot is the standard! Hope you are enjoying!
