Hi there, today is my first day on the master cleanse. I do it once to twice a year, however the past 3 years I've been very careless with my eating and snacking. I did it for the first time about 15 yrs ago, always doing 10 days. This time around I'd like to do 21 days....God willing
I weighed in this AM at 200lbs even I'm attending the gym everyday, mostly doing spinning cycle classes which burns around 500 calories for me anyway. Anywho, I really look forward to losing my cravings, such as sugar. I go to work this afternoon and will be going to Barnes and Noble on my lunch break (it's by my job) to do some soul searching reading to pass the time. I wish you all luck and I'm gonna need all the support I can get so I'll keep you updated:)
