Hello to anyone who may stumble upon this little thread and make the decision to read it 
Today is Day One of a 15 Day MC for me. I am doing this, first of all, for health reasons. I have been suffering from a number of ailments, due, I think, in a big part, to my terrible eating habits. I think it will be great for my body if I just refrain from eating solids for awhile. I have been dealing with a double ear infection and a sinus infection that just will NOT go away and leave me alone. Eating sugar and carbs is not helping either, I'm sure. That's the biggest reason for this cleanse. I am determined to get rid of this nasty infection, through the help of God and this fast.
I do also want to get a start on losing weight, but that's not my primary focus this time around. I just want to be healthy again!
I'm hoping the board gets a little bit more active. It's kind of lonely doing the cleanse solo. I will continue to post on here daily, just in case there's someone out there reading who needs encouragement, or who would like to know what goes on day by day during the MC.
