I'm on Day 11 of what I had originally thought would be the minimal ten days. But it is so obvious my system needed more days on the plan.

I have observed that many people quit on Day 3. That is for sure the hardest day as your body is just beginning to really hit the toxins. The way out is the way through, with this thing. If you can make it past Day 3, you can do anything.
Peter Glickman, author of Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Feel Younger in Ten Days, and who has a superb MC website on themastercleanse.com, is kind of like my guru. He also has a $1.99 iPhone app (I think there's a droid version too) that is helpful. I use that as a quick reference and for coaching tips and inspiration/help while I'm on the cleanse.
His books are really good for helping a person stay on the cleanse.
But keep posting here and good luck. You can totally do this thing. You'll be "dishy" in less than 30 days, I think.
