Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi I'm new here,
I'm getting married in 2 months and now getting desperate to lose my last 30 pounds. I had a baby a year ago and still haven't lost all the weight. I've done this diet before and lasted a week and lost 7 pounds. This time I'm aiming for at least 30 days maybe 40. I'll see how it goes. My start date will be tomorrow morning sept 11,2015. I'm gonna do the laxative tea tonight. Anyone else starting today or tomorrow so we can support each other?

I'm on Day 11 of what I had originally thought would be the minimal ten days. But it is so obvious my system needed more days on the plan.

I have observed that many people quit on Day 3. That is for sure the hardest day as your body is just beginning to really hit the toxins. The way out is the way through, with this thing. If you can make it past Day 3, you can do anything.

Peter Glickman, author of Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Feel Younger in Ten Days, and who has a superb MC website on themastercleanse.com, is kind of like my guru. He also has a $1.99 iPhone app (I think there's a droid version too) that is helpful. I use that as a quick reference and for coaching tips and inspiration/help while I'm on the cleanse.

His books are really good for helping a person stay on the cleanse.

But keep posting here and good luck. You can totally do this thing. You'll be "dishy" in less than 30 days, I think.

hope you are hanging in there ..days 2-3 are the worst so if you have made it through that it is pretty much plain sailing for a while..
