Hi All,
Wish me luck & support. My body & mind need a cleanse & detox. This will probably be the most difficult thing ive done. Im determined to complete this and give it my all. Would love for someone to join me. I could really use the support. Bye for now starting today Oct 1st.

Already feeling detox symptoms. Runny nose lots of mucus coming out. My forehead feels really warm. The senna tea is so yucky. Going to buy a pack of sugarfree gum. I gotta get this taste out of my mouth.
