2016 DiLo - Early Kick Off Get Healthy & Lose Weight

Hello friends,

I started the Master Cleanse on 10/31/2015, I decided I wasn’t going to wait until New Year to start. I am 41, 5'2" and my starting weight was 151.6 lb. My goal for Phase “1” is hopefully drop down to 136.lb. So far is going good.

Saturday 10/31=Day 1: SW= 151.6 LB

Sunday 11/1=Day 2: 150.3 LB

Monday 11/2=Day 3: 149.1 LB

Tuesday 11/3=Day 4: 147.8 LB

Thursday 11/5= Day 6: 146.6 LB

Today I feel very crabby, irritable and less hungry. Thank god I’m home and don’t have to be in the office.

Thank you!

I’m doing ok on the Master Cleanse so far because I’m trying a new approach. My goal is to drop 15 lb by 12/3 and I know I can’t do the master cleanse for that long. I don’t want get bored and give up so I decided to incorporate other diet plans during the 32 days focusing in reducing my calories and allow some solid food. Hopefully it works! ha ha.

FYI – My Plan

Saturday 10/31 - Sunday 11/8=Day 9:
Phase 1 Master Cleanse and The Lemonade Diet

Monday 11/9- Sunday 11/15=Day 16:
Phase 2 Cabbage Soup Diet

Monday 11/16- Sunday 11/22=Day 22:
Phase 3 The Special K Diet

Monday 11/23- Wednesday 12/2=Day 32:
Phase 4 Grapefruit Diet Plan

Wow 1 week. I'm so proud of myself
Master cleansing is hard, but I'm going to continue
few more days. I'm feeling good, not hungry and with energy.

I decided to stick with the Master Cleanse few more days without doing the salt water flush. I feel good, not hungry and with energy.

I think I may go for 15 days and Ease Out on Saturday 11/14. Wow that wasn’t my plan, hopefully I can do it!

Bored!!!!!!!!!!!!Not hungry at all, my body feel full. I didn’t drink much lemonade yesterday. Today I’ll try to drink more (I need more energy) Today should go fast I plan on sleeping most of the day. I’m determined to go until Saturday. I can do it.

I hear you on the boredom!!!!! I'm not hungry at all, and I don't feel the NEED to eat at all. I just WANT to! :lol: Today is day 10 for me, and I have a dinner/concert to go to tomorrow night. If I didn't have that part of me is tempted to keep going, if it wasn't for the boredom.

Anyway, great job!!!! Day 12.. WOOHOO!!!!

I’m back!

I ended the Master Cleanse on Friday 11/15

Phase 2 Cabbage (Vegetable) Soup Diet

My last weight in was Saturday 11/14=Day 15: 146.4 LB (?????up 2.6 lb.)

I been doing good eating my vegetable soup, fruits and drinking lots of water. Not sure why I gained 2.6 lb. after the MC. To be honest while on the MC I didn’t have enough energy to work out. This week I’m back at the gym and feeling really good. I was disappointed over the +2.6 gain, so I decided not to check my weight until Saturday 11/21. At this point I’m happy to continue to control my calories in take. I’ll check back in 11/21. Good luck and hope everyone is doing well.
