Day 2.
Mixed day yesterday. Drank a lot (3 16 oz cups) throughout the day. Then at night, I ended up eating these candied pecans/cashews from Costco. Lots of cinnamon (healthy right?) and nuts are good protein. So yeah, partial fail. I did elliptically it out at the gym for about 35 minutes. Like many of you doing this, it is so much extreme behavior for me. Complete cleanse and work out like a nut or be a slob and eat everything in sight. Well, I tempered my work out so maybe that is a sign I will be more even keel. Or a sign of my laziness.
Still, ended up losing a lot at this morning's weigh in. Had pretty good energy and despite my late night set back, I'm still moving forward.
I hope I didn't offend anyone regarding the red cup title. Just thought it was funny how people get so worked up about removing snow flakes and other secular graphics from starbuck cups. But no religion or politics here so enough about that.
