Star Mac! How are things going? I hope your silence is only due to being busy! You may be in the depths of the first week of detox...and I hope it is going well! Keep us updated when you have a moment!

So I have 3 more days of "prep" (which isn't going all that well but mostly due to work travel...always a bit more of a challenge to eat "healthy" when on the road...but that's really just an excuse!) and then I will dive in. We are hosting a holiday party Saturday night which is why I decided to start Sunday, but I might actually take Sunday to do juice (green) and possibly some raw produce before starting the actual cleanse on Monday...we'll see how things go this weekend. Today will be MUCH better than this past week now that I have better access to fruits and vegetables!

I made it wooooo lol Day 10. I feel ecstatic about the future ive been working out doing insanity and I think Im beginning to Look pretty tone as compared to how I looked before which is cool. Its weird what 11 lbs can do I was able to put on clothes that barely fit before comfortably. I even was able to get my high school graduation ring on my ring finger. That was pretty suprisingly to say the least I had began to wear it on my pinky because I couldn't put it on the ring finger lol. I wore it two days in a row Thats how excited I was. I personally feel fine even though ive been doing insanity and not eating my energy has been fine. I was a bit sad today when I got up not sure which really assuming it was due to my weight lost I know 11 is alot but I thought I would've lost more luckily I wont be on a scale for the next 5 day probably 10 tbh I told my self that I will not become scale happy. That doesnt do anything for you. I will say Im quite tired today I spent the whole day working on a paper and began falling asleep while completing it but luckyily I finished it up. Then worked out so even throughout 9 Im about to head to bed once I get out of the shower xD. Hope all is well with everyone else. Cheers!

Fantastic update!!! Again! I am so impressed with your success. Doing Insanity while on the MC is likely helping preserve your muscle mass thus meaning you are burning fat. Your clothes and ring are very telling!

Agave syrup can be used as a substitute for the maple syrup. It doesn't have all the minerals that the maple syrup has but it could be a substitute until your maple syrup comes in. You can buy it at almost any supermarket.

Congratulations on making it so far! Although I haven't commented, I've been checking here every couple days. Please update, are you still going or did you complete the ease-out?
