Hi ToxicTexan! Congratulations on all that weight loss! So sorry to hear about your dad. How is he now? There's nothing worse than seeing a parent in hospital and so reliant when they used to be the ones that took care of us. Be strong! For that you need food!
I forgot to turn on the notifications for when someone else posts on this post, so have only just jumped back on to tell you the good news that I have completed 10 days! Have lost 11.5 lbs. I'm easing out slowly and would like to do another in February as I still have 10 lbs to go.
There's no way I could have continue for 20 days as yesterday I my insides were making lots of noises - for the last three days I only had three glasses at the most per day as I was going off the taste and just having water but it was mainly sparkling water. That air was staying in me. Nothing was escaping, so I started to feel really unwell.
This morning I was nauseous, so had to stop to take an anti-sickness pill and painkiller, so grabbed a boiled egg and broke the cleanse that way. I'll go out to get some OJ and will make some soup for later.
ToxicTexan, are you on Facebook? The Master Cleanse support page there is really encouraging and more active than this forum, which I love too. I love them both
