3rd Master Cleanse

Hello everyone......47 year old male here,

Starting tomorrow (Thursday) and this will be my third year doing a 10-day master cleanse. Not doing it so much for weight loss, but more to reboot my system. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy losing weight. I have lost 11lbs and 13lbs on my two cleanses.

I think keeping a blog has made the first two times a success, so I am back again. Love the support from this forum! Hope to hear from others who are just starting their MC also.

OK, will be back with my Day 1 weigh-in tomorrow AM.

Bali Lemon, 4th cleanse, day 6

Day 01:

Morning weigh-in was 214lbs. That is one pound less than my last cleanse. My height is 6-01.

Salt water flush is complete and mixed up a 32oz batch of the lemonade to bring to work.

ten days for me. went for nearly 3 weeks once... that was my last cleanse. But this'll be the ten day "usual." I'm suffering thru a rough Day 7. How did you do today?

Day 03:

Yesterday (day 2) was going great until the evening. Around dinner time I got so hungry that I entertained serious thoughts of quitting and transitioning to just fruits & vegetables. The lemonade took care of the hunger after sipping on it for an hour. I know from my prior to cleanses that I need to get past Day 3 and things then get a bit easier.

Otherwise, it was a good day. Stayed active and busy all day.

I was too busy to post or weigh-in yesterday, but I'm still going strong. Let me try and catch up.

Day 03 was saturday. This was the first day of a very busy time and worked a 12 hour day. Being busy really kept me from being hungry. Didn't drink enough water, but no headaches.

Day 04 (Sunday). Another busy day. I decided to wear my Fitbit since I did so much running around on Saturday. On Sunday I walked 17,500+ steps and I know I did more on Saturday. I was worried about being so busy during my MC, but it seems to be working. Drank more water.

Today is going to be Day 05. Just weighed in and in the process of doing my SWF.

Day 08:

I'm still at it, just haven't had time to post. Things have been going good and hunger hasn't been an issue for the last couple of days. I did have one small scare on day 5 whenI started to feel light headed and dizzy about mid day. I think that I was a bit dehydrated. I took a break from work and pounded some lemonade and water and felt better in about 30 minutes.

Just today + 2 days to go. Can't wait to have some vegetable soup.

Not a lot of activity here, but wanted to report that I finished. My last day was Saturday and I started easing out with some OJ and vegetable soup yesterday.
