I'm 5'5" and my starting weight was 173. I'm really trying to go down to 140.

I am still considering doing 21-30 days based on how much I weigh. I am on Day 7 of the Master Cleanse and today has been the hardest day for me. I've been craving food all day, and I have even considered stopping, but I got motivation from my friends to go on. I'm doing this cleanse for both reasons everybody usually does it, but if I'm being honest, I really need a jumpstart to my weight loss.

Honestly, I just need more motivation to go on.

Day 7 is THE WALL!

It's the cleanse working.

Hang in there and keep your eyes on day 10
