Ten Day Master Cleanse

I am undertaking a 10 Day MC beginning tomorrow. The main reason that I'm doing this is for my health. I have been having quite a few issues pop up in the past six years, so I'm hopeful that this cleanse will help rid me of some, if not all, of them. I have already bought the lemons and I am looking forward to starting. I hope to gain energy and clarity, and I also am hopeful that this will help jumpstart a healthier lifestyle. I eventually want to go about 80% raw on a daily basis.

Any other cleansers are welcome to join me on this venture. Would love to have some accountability.

Congratz! I wish you the most success. I am currently on a 40day Master Cleanse. Today is day 21 for me

Wow, Elle Clark! You're my hero.....40 days is a HUGE commitment.

How are you feeling? Do you notice a big difference in mood? Energy? Clarity? Inches?

Day One is almost over. It's been a bit tough. I was ok for most of the day, but right now I'm dealing with a rather shaky feeling....not sure what that is, but my Master Cleanser book says that if you get shaky, it could be toxins circulating through your system. I'm thinking that may be my problem. I also have a bit of a headache.

Hopefully, I'll feel much better tomorrow. I'm still determined to see this through. :)

Hey Lilac so today makes day 6 for you correct?

Cravings- Every now and then I have a craving for a black bean burger with avocado and tomatoes lol but I know I can reward myself once I am complete.

Energy- Up and down. When I commit to 6-8 glasses I am full of energy with no cravings. When I struggle to commit that's when lethargy and cravings take over. Until I drink water... I am finding it almost repulsive to drink this lemonade unless I add extra lemon.

Weight- Down 28 pounds
